Russian woman arrested over Crimea bomb that killed naval commander

Margarita Reutt, a 32-year-old from Sochi, was detained after a bomb killed Robert Shageev, a Russian Black Sea fleet submarine commander, in Sevastopol on 13 August. Russia's security service says she confessed to the attack and was promised cryptocurrency and documents by Ukrainian intelligence. Friends recall Reutt growing increasingly critical of Russia, though surprised by her alleged actions.
