Russia rejected Ukraine's offer to protect food ships, demanding a trade
Moscow wants to tie any maritime truce to Kyiv stopping its attacks on Russian oil and gas facilities. The Ukrainian president told reporters on Sunday that he recently proposed a mutual agreement not to fire on vessels collecting food exports.
