Russia evacuates 198 staff from Bushehr plant

Safety fears are rising around a nuclear site after nearby attacks during the conflict. Russia’s state nuclear firm Rosatom removed 198 workers from Iran’s Bushehr facility on Saturday, with evacuations ongoing since fighting began in late February. One staff member was killed by debris and a building was damaged, while officials warned events were moving toward a worst case.
