Mark Hughes' son Alex dies suddenly aged 38
Former Manchester United player Mark Hughes and his wife Jill are "totally heartbroken" after the sudden death of their son, Alex. Prior to this, Alex Hughes, 38, was the player recruitment director at Grimsby Town FC and had a brief stint as a professional footballer in Wales. He leaves behind his wife Jessica and their two children, Sebastian and Leonardo.
