Richest 0.1% hiding $2.8 trillion in offshore accounts

A tiny sliver of the world's wealthiest people are stashing more money offshore than the poorest four billion humans own combined. Oxfam International published the findings on Thursday in a new report on global tax avoidance. The $2.8 trillion figure exceeds the total wealth held by half of humanity.
