Richard Hammond fined £999 after two speeding offences in 20 days

The former television presenter was caught driving his Porsche and Bentley over the limit just 20 days apart last December. Telford magistrates gave the 56-year-old seven penalty points last week after police used speed camera pictures to prove the offences. He must pay about £1,770 in total costs, and officers had to find him at his Monmouthshire mansion after mail bounced back.
