Football legend Kevin Keegan has told fans he's battling stage four cancer, which is the most advanced form of the disease. The 75-year-old former Newcastle and England manager shared the news during a public appearance in Newcastle over the weekend. He even joked about a doctor's 33% strike rate for tackling his stomach cancer.
