Reza Pahlavi leads massive global protests against Iran

Huge crowds gathered in cities like Munich, Los Angeles, and Toronto following a plea for action from the late Shah's exiled son. Toronto hosted the largest rally with roughly 350,000 participants, whilst 250,000 people in Germany listened to the opposition figure denounce the regime. Speakers criticised the violence in Iran, where rights groups confirm over 6,800 protesters have died during widespread demonstrations.
