Reeves cuts 100 food tariffs, gives kids free August bus.
This summer, families may experience a drop in food prices, while children will ride buses without charge. The Chancellor, Rachel Reeves, has unveiled plans for tariff reductions on over 100 food imports and complimentary bus services for children aged 5-15 throughout August. Consumers are expected to save £150 million annually through the 'Great British summer savings scheme'.
