Record 165 migrants reach UK in a single Channel boat

A record 165 migrants arrived in the UK on one boat on Thursday, breaking the previous high of 128 from July. Border Security Command towed the 13m (42ft) long "mega dinghy" into Dover in the afternoon. The Home Office said this is a stark reminder that criminal gangs do not care about people's safety.
