SpaceX to buy Cursor for $60 billion
SpaceX's infrastructure is expanding into software intelligence systems, supporting projects like Starlink and Starship. The company has secured a call option to acquire AI-assisted software firm Cursor, with the deal set to conclude by the end of 2026. If not acquired for $60 billion, Cursor will receive a $10 billion fee and access to xAI's "Colossus" supercomputer.
