Raspberry Pi boss warns AI could hurt tech jobs

Raspberry Pi's founder, Eben Upton has warned that exaggerated claims about artificial intelligence replacing large numbers of computing jobs could discourage young people from entering the technology sector. During an interview with the BBC, he stated that this situation has the potential to exacerbate the scarcity of qualified engineers and negatively impact economic expansion. Upton argued that AI is powerful, but predictions of widespread job losses in tech are not supported by current evidence.
