RAF Chief Warns UK Faces Threats That Could Become Existential

Andrew Wheeler / MOD, OGL v3, via Wikimedia Commons

Air Chief Marshal Sir Harv Smyth told a defence think tank that adversaries are actively dismantling the international order that kept the UK safe. He said the modern military should now be guided by autonomy rather than putting human lives in harm's way.
