UK dad's baby magazine arrives 19 years late

A UK dad just received a baby magazine 19 years late, long after his children left for university. Paul Edwards from Chester ordered Mother & Baby in 2007 for advice, but it arrived through his letterbox this Friday. Royal Mail included an apology note, and his social media post about it now has 1.5 million views.
