UK court backs asylum seekers' appeal rights

People facing removal can again challenge decisions about trafficking claims before leaving Britain. London's High Court ruled on Friday that guidance introduced last September was unlawful after five asylum seekers challenged changes linked to returns to France. Judge Clive Sheldon noted 79% of reconsidered trafficking cases in 2025 later received a positive decision.
