Iran says US sank its navy ship Iris Dena without warning

Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said the US struck the Iranian frigate Iris Dena without warning in international waters near India, where the ship was described as a guest of India's navy. He said almost 130 sailors were on board at the time of the attack, which he said was carried out using a torpedo. Araghchi warned the US would bitterly regret the precedent it had set by sinking the vessel.
