Vape names banned from enticing children in new UK plans
New UK-wide proposals aim to stop young people from being tempted by vapes through plainer packaging and less appealing flavour descriptions. Health Secretary James Murray stated that these plans would prohibit names associated with confectionery, puddings, and alcoholic beverages. The 100-day consultation follows the Tobacco and Vapes Act, which also set out plans for a smoke-free generation.
