Germany Questions Reports of Russian Troops Training in China
People across Europe could face greater security concerns if foreign backing helps keep the fighting going. Germany called in China's ambassador after a newspaper, citing classified European intelligence, reported Russian soldiers had received training in China, while Berlin said any such assistance could extend the war. Russia also claimed control of Kostiantynivka, though that wasn't independently verified.
