Putin blames Ukraine for 6 school deaths, plans retaliation.

Families in a Russian-held part of eastern Ukraine are searching for missing people after a drone strike hit a school dormitory overnight. Vladimir Putin accused Ukraine of targeting civilians and said he had requested retaliation plans from Russia's defence ministry. Russian officials said six people died, 15 were missing and dozens were hurt after drones struck the building in the Luhansk region.
