Prince William selling a fifth of his land

More housing and environmental funding could follow from major changes to Prince William’s private estate holdings. Reports on Monday said the Prince of Wales will sell 20% of the Duchy of Cornwall over the next decade to raise £500 million for projects linked to homes and nature. The estate, worth more than £1 billion, provides William with approximately £23 million in yearly private income.
