Pope Leo XIV calls for peace on 25th 9/11 anniversary

On Sunday, the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks was commemorated by Pope Leo XIV, the first American pope, with a plea for renewed dedication to peace. Speaking from St. Peter's Square, he renewed prayers for those who died and those still affected by the tragic day. Firefighters from Lancashire and Greater Manchester completed a memorial stair climb in Atlanta, Georgia.
