PM Burnham tells Scotland's Swinney another independence vote is “off limits”
Prime Minister Andy Burnham met with Scottish and Welsh First Ministers in Glasgow for talks about devolution and the economy. Downing Street later confirmed that a second Scottish independence referendum was ruled out as it would distract from growing the economy. Scottish First Minister John Swinney welcomed Burnham's commitment not to bypass Holyrood on devolution plans.
