Plug-in solar panels go on sale from Thursday

These new DIY systems let people in flats or rented homes generate their own electricity, potentially saving about £110 a year. Argos will be the first UK retailer to sell the panels this week, with prices starting from around £400 to £500. Other major retailers like Amazon, Currys, B&Q, and Screwfix are expected to stock them in the coming weeks.
