Phimosis in men can often be treated with creams, says NHS GP
Not being able to pull back the foreskin can raise chances of irritation or infection, even for men who never had issues before. This tightening, sometimes from scarring, often responds to topical creams or gentle exercises, making surgery unnecessary for many.
