Pharmacists in England can now treat migraines and acne

From this autumn, people in England can get on-the-spot treatment for five more common conditions at their local chemist without seeing a GP first. The Pharmacy First scheme expands to cover these, in addition to seven existing conditions like sore throats and earache. NHS England states the alteration will alleviate strain on general practitioners and A&E units.
