Jamie Oliver's Wife Jools Reveals ADHD and Autism Diagnoses

Jools Oliver, wife of TV chef Jamie Oliver, has revealed she has been diagnosed with ADHD and autism. Speaking on the Lessons From Our Mothers podcast, the 51-year-old said not knowing had "ruined" 45 years of her life, calling it "no superpower". She sought an autism assessment after some of her children were diagnosed, and said she is too anxious to take ADHD medication now.
