PC Harper's killers could get early release from prison

Two of PC Andrew Harper's killers, Albert Bowers and Jessie Cole, could be let out of prison ahead of schedule. His mother, Debbie Adlam, said the news felt like an "insult beyond anything able to be put into words". The Sentencing Act, set to start in September, could see around 6,000 prisoners released early.
