Palestine Action supporters plan to defy ban at Burnham's conference
Defend Our Juries plans a silent sign-holding vigil for the banned group Palestine Action near Labour's conference in Liverpool on Sunday. Palestine Action was proscribed as a terrorist organisation in July 2025 after activists damaged military jets, and more than 3,600 people have since been arrested for showing support. Organisers call it a test of Burnham, whose government has not lifted the ban.
