Oxford council wants police to crack down on illegal e-bikes

Oxford City Council is urging police to take more action against illegally modified e-bikes that can go too fast. The council leader will write to Thames Valley Police offering support for increased enforcement. They also want a national safety campaign and rules for retailers selling non-compliant bikes.
