Only One in Four Americans Back the Iran War, Poll Shows, as Trump Stays at Mar-a-Lago

Just 25 percent of Americans approve of the US military operation against Iran, according to a Reuters/Ipsos survey published Sunday. President Trump has not delivered a live public address since the strikes began Saturday, instead communicating exclusively through pre-recorded social media videos posted from Mar-a-Lago. Former CENTCOM commander General Frank McKenzie warned Americans to expect "several more days of exchanges of long-range rockets." Congress is set to vote this week on a war powers resolution, though Trump is expected to veto it.
