One dead, 10 hurt after car hits crowd in Caen

A car deliberately drove into people near a train station in Caen, northern France, late on Wednesday, killing at least one person. Police say 10 people were injured, with seven in critical condition, after a fight reportedly broke out near a bar beforehand. A 26-year-old Russian man was arrested about 12 miles away in Ouistreham.
