Oil Hit $108 a Barrel on Thursday After Trump's Speech

Markets reversed a two-day rally after the president offered no exit plan and said the war would continue for weeks. West Texas crude jumped 7.9% to $107.98 and Brent climbed 7.3% to $108.59 during Thursday's trading. South Korea's stock market fell 4.47% in its worst session in months, and the Dow dropped over 600 points before partly recovering.
