Cuba kills 4 on Florida speedboat after gunfire exchange

Cuban border guard troops shot and killed four people aboard a Florida-registered speedboat on Wednesday, after those on board opened fire and wounded the commander of a Cuban patrol vessel near Cayo Falcones, off Cuba's north coast. Six others were injured. Cuba's Interior Ministry later identified all 10 passengers as Cuban nationals living in the US, carrying guns and Molotov cocktails, alleging they planned a terrorist infiltration. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said US agencies were gathering their own information.
