Putin admits Ukraine strikes causing Russian fuel shortage
Russian President Vladimir Putin has acknowledged his country faces a “certain shortage” of fuel after repeated Ukrainian attacks. He said these attacks on infrastructure facilities are creating problems, and the main task is now to improve air defences. Ukraine describes its attacks as justified retaliation for Russia's almost daily shelling of Ukrainian civilians and energy infrastructure.
