Fulham Loss Increases Tottenham Relegation Threat
Tottenham now faces a very real possibility of relegation following a 2-1 defeat against Fulham. This was their fourth straight loss, and their Premier League winless run now stands at nine matches. Manager Igor Tudor appeared dejected, as relegation carries serious financial hardship and embarrassment. This potential drop would be more dire than their 1977 demotion, the most surprising since Manchester United's drop in 1974.
