Nottingham bans balaclavas in city centre to stop anti-social behaviour

People hiding their identity to commit crimes or cause trouble can now face seventy-pound on-the-spot fines under new rules. Nottinghamshire Police and council staff gained the authority after a public consultation showed massive support from locals. More than one hundred eighty incidents involving face coverings occurred in the area between June last year and June this year.
