North Sea Oil Workers to Strike as Union Warns of Fuel Disruption

More than 160 offshore workers at oil firm Apache are set to strike for 24 hours from 6am on Wednesday in a pay row. Apache says its 4% offer is fair and contingency plans should keep oil flowing.
