North Sea bosses say 111 oil and gas projects could be unlocked

Offshore Energies UK said changes to the windfall tax and approval of two controversial fields could attract £50bn in investment. Environmental group Uplift called the report a "fantasy" and urged the Prime Minister not to listen to oil companies.
