Tesla Roadster production version to be revealed on 1 October
The final version of the Tesla Roadster supercar will be revealed on 1 October, almost nine years after its prototype was first shown. Elon Musk has hinted at an optional Rocket Thruster Package, developed with SpaceX, that could make it the world's fastest-accelerating road car. The unveiling is scheduled for Waco, Texas, where a radically new design is anticipated.
