77,000 Voters Could Decide Britain's Next PM
People in one northern English seat could help shape who leads Britain, as a close contest may affect a future challenge for the country's top job. Voting takes place on Thursday in Makerfield, where Labour's Andy Burnham is favoured in polls while Reform UK and Restore Britain compete for similar support. Around 77,000 voters live in the constituency, and Reform won 24 of 25 local council seats there in May.
