NHS staff investigated for accessing dead teen's medical records
The mother of Oliver McGowan, an autistic teenager who passed away in 2016, expressed profound distress upon discovering the potential unauthorised access to his medical records. At least five staff members at Bristol Foundation NHS Trust are involved, with three nurses under formal investigation.
