New Google dictation app works offline, no subscription.

People can now use a voice dictation application that functions completely offline, meaning an active internet connection is not required for its operation. This particular application is also available entirely free of any subscription or recurring payment requirements. It provides voice dictation capabilities and is named ‘Google AI Edge Eloquent’.
