Harvard students will find A grades harder

Harvard College students will face increased difficulty in achieving high grades as the institution seeks to uphold the value of its grading system. Beginning in autumn 2027, Harvard's faculty has mandated that A grades will be capped at about 20% of a class, with an additional four A's possible. The new policy was prompted by a report that revealed over 60% of undergraduate grades were As, a significant rise from 25% two decades prior.
