Norwich council faces big future changes

Voters in Norwich will decide who runs their council this week, ahead of significant local government changes. The current city council is planned for replacement by a single Greater Norwich authority in two years' time. Fourteen seats are being contested by five parties on Thursday, 7 May, with Labour currently holding 19 of 39 seats.
