Nurses Win Harassment Case Over Transgender Colleague's Changing Room Use

A group of seven Darlington nurses won a harassment case against an NHS trust after a transgender colleague, Rose Henderson, was permitted to use the female changing rooms. The tribunal found that the NHS trust had harassed Ms. Peggie, but dismissed all of her claims against Dr. Beth Upton, the trans colleague. The nurses took their case to a tribunal, resulting in a judgment in their favor.
