Israel confirms fresh strikes on Tehran targeting senior regime commander
Tehran was struck again on 3 March 2026 as Israel confirmed a new wave of air strikes targeting a senior regime commander. Explosions were heard across the city, including near the state broadcaster's headquarters and central prison complex. The strikes are part of the ongoing joint US-Israel operation against Iran, codenamed Operation Epic Fury, which began on 28 February 2026 and has killed over 700 civilians according to the Red Crescent.
