Apple iPhone sales reach record, Mac sales decline.
Apple's latest quarter showed strong iPhone sales, setting a new record. This helped overall revenue climb 16% to $144 billion, boosted by markets like China and India. However, Mac computer sales dropped by over 7%, and wearables also saw a 3% decline. CEO Tim Cook noted supply issues. The company also confirmed a deal with Google to integrate Gemini AI into future products, aiming to improve Siri.
