US B-1 Lancer bomber lands at RAF Fairford
A B-1 Lancer bomber from the US arrived at Gloucestershire's RAF Fairford on Friday. Sir Keir Starmer allowed America to use British military bases, but solely for defensive strikes targeting Iran's missile facilities. US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth said on Thursday that attacks on Iran would "surge dramatically". The UK itself is not taking part directly; instead, RAF jets are destroying Iran's incoming aerial threats to allies.
