US congressman detained by armed Israeli settlers in West Bank

US Congressman Ro Khanna reports that armed Israeli settlers held him for 90 minutes on Wednesday while he was visiting the occupied West Bank. Khanna reported that the Israel Defense Forces, upon their arrival, took the side of the settlers and maintained his detention. He was visiting Khirbet Zanuta, a Palestinian village whose school and homes had been destroyed by settlers.
