Tuchel tells England fans not to lose belief

England's manager Thomas Tuchel has told fans not to lose faith after their goalless draw against Ghana, despite almost 80% possession. Ghana's manager Carlos Queiroz was adamant his side should have been given a penalty after Ezri Konsa appeared to bring down Prince Kwabena Adu. England are still able to top Group L if they beat Panama on Saturday.
